A safe, gentle seniors yoga class for all needs -- sitting on the mat, standing, using the wall, sitting on a chair or incorporating user-friendly yoga props, and even light dumbbells.
This class varies its emphasis, such as: breathing for stress reduction, increasing flexibility, improving balance, core strengthening, muscular strength/tone, improving bone density, improving posture, focus and concentration, and more.
All yoga poses are personalized to suit individual needs.
Includes a Rahini Yoga guided breath-meditation.
