"Inspired Kids" Yoga Classes: 4-6 Year Olds
This playful class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids sing, draw and play yoga in this energy releasing class, as they learn about yoga and breathing,
Our kids yoga classes are unique because we encourage, and teach, the children to use our diverse sound instruments for "play-FUNness," healing, meditation, and for healthy emotional or behavioral artistic outlets. ,
"Inspired Kids" Yoga Classes: 7-10 Year Olds
These classes incorporate fun, creative and imaginative play to learn yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques, while emphasizing positive self-awareness/image, self-confidence and healthy relationship building.
This class will increase strength and flexibility, and improve balance and coordination. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others during the practice of fun, challenging poses, and partner and group poses.

"Inspired Kids" Yoga Class - "GLO" & "FLO": 7-10 Year Olds
Every 3rd Friday of the Month
The same yoga fun under black lights! We'll practice basic and challenging poses, some moving yoga ("FLO"), partner and group poses, play fun yoga games and mindfulness activities, breathing exercises and more.
Class ends sound healing and with relaxation time under our glowing and twinkling lights. To "GLO", be sure to wear white or fluorescent green, pink, yellow, and orange (safest bets).
Class Series Cost: $80 (expiration/2 months).
