- Begin your Sunday with challenging and stimulating yoga flow sequences - Vinyasas. This class emphasizes fundamentals, natural body alignment, and breath awareness. Class ends with soothing, relaxing, and well-supported restorative yoga poses or stretches. Suitable for all.

This comprehensive, transformational and creative program combines traditional Hatha Yoga study with proven Tibetan Healing Yogic Practices, Specialized Kriyas and a Buddhist approach to meditation and spiritual harmony.Our Yoga Alliance Registered Program reflects "true openness" in that it is designed whether you are choosing yoga as a career path; or interested in deepening your own personal yoga practice and knowledge; or have an interest in the healing and spiritual aspects of yoga; or would like to learn to help others through yoga, breathing, energy movements, relaxation, and meditation.

Gentle Rahini Yoga with Annie
- Surrender to gentle stretches, deep and slow breathing, and natural body movement. This class emphasizes healthy posture and how it helps to lighten your body, calm your mind, balance your emotions, and free your breath. This class is suitable for all, including Seniors.

This course is designed whether you are choosing meditation as a career path; or who would like to simply learn how to meditate; or would like to deepen your current meditation practice and knowledge. All students will receive a Meditation Manual and a "Certificate" upon Completion of the course. "Yoga Alliance" Continuing Education Hours are available. No experience is necessary.
This class also holds training and practice during the weekend and additional nights of the week. Limited enrollment: All students must register for this course. Course begins October/November 2011.

Power Rahini Yoga With Heidi
Heidi teaches a vigorous yoga class that combines both vinayasa sequences and long holds of yoga postures. Deep breathing techniques are used in conjunction with the yoga sequences or holding postures to progressively help flush, oxygenate, energize, and rejuvenate the body. This class ends in a final resting posture to calm the mind and relax the body. Modifications are offered. Open to all.

Kids Meditation - Jedi Training with Jedi Master Arjuna of Jedi Council
On the path to becoming a Jedi, your child will learn:
- The art of meditation & self-discipline
- Peaceful ways to solve problems
- Self-confidence
- Light saber skills
This six session 6-week training course- Level 1 of the Bear Clan, includes meditation, physical movement/activity, breath work, energy channeling, story telling & light saber skills

Rahini Yoga Flow with Heidi - Beginner / Intermediate
- This uplifting class begins with warm up Vinyasas (Rahini Yoga Flows) and culminates with several "held" poses to help build strength, flexibility, and focus. Movement with breath is emphasized. Modifications are offered, Suitable for beginner to intermediate students.

- A blend of "Pilates" on the mat with traditional Hatha Yoga poses. Emphasis is placed on developing core strength and endurance and how it helps with proper body posture, yoga pose alignment, and breathing. Modifications and props are offered, Suitable for everyone.

Hatha Yoga with Heidi - Beginner
A gentle, yet challenging, Hatha yoga class with a focus on breathing techniques to calm the mind, steady postures to strengthen the body, and energizing Yoga Vinyasas to relieve stress, increase focus, and to deepen your yogic experience. Relaxing and restorative stretches are performed at the end of the class. Modifications are offered. Open to all.

- An eclectic Vinyasa style of yoga that explores the body, mind and soul through careful asana practice, breathing exercises and mind awareness and focus. Modifications of yoga poses are personally tailored for each student. Open to all.

Rahini Yoga with Annie - Beginner / Intermediate- FREE During the Month of February
This class begins with Rahini Yoga deep breathing exercises and moves on to warm up vinyasas called Rahini Yoga flows. Traditional Hatha Yoga poses are incorporated as well as a guided, relaxing savasana (pose of tranquility). Modifications are offered. Open to all.

Senior's Yoga with Heidi
- A "gentle" class designed for seniors. This class enhances flexibility, strength, and balance. Emphasis is placed on deep, full and interactive breathing; correct body posture; and mental focus and concentration. Poses are modified to suit individual needs. Anyone who is capable of climbing one flight of stairs will be physically able to participate.

Yoga With Rotating Teachers - All Levels
A traditional Vinyasa class, which focuses the mind and brings attention to the breath, producing a warming, flowing meditative practice, while incorporating yogic philosophy and deep relaxation. This class is intended to balance and integrate the mind, body and spirit. Modifications for yoga poses are personally tailored for each student. Open to all.

"Mind-Of-Clear-Light" Meditation Class with Dr. Dean Telano (3rd Friday of Every Month)
Taught by Dean Telano, ND, PHD, MS, ERYT, RCYT, RPYT
Dr. Telano is one of the few teachers trained to teach these different types of "energy-healing" meditation techniques. The techniques are based upon Dr. Telano's expertise in Meditation, Mantra (sound healing) & Mudras (healing hand positions); Tibetan & Hatha Yoga; Buddhism; and Qigong & Energy Healing.
This Meditation Class Includes:
- Affirmations - 8 Positive Affirmations Begin Each Class
- Breathing Techniques - Clears the Mind & Releases Energy Blockages
- Mantras, Healing Sounds - Calms and Heals the Mind
- Mudras, Special Hand Positions - Helps Heal Specific Areas of the Body
- Energy-Healing Movements - Heals the Body & Boosts the Immune System
- Guided Visualization - Reduces Stress, Anxiety & Improves Mental Wellness
- Silent Meditation - Promotes Peace & Calm
A part of the class entails gentle energy movements - sitting, lying or standing, so wear comfortable clothing. Modifications are offered, so please speak to the Assistant Teachers on hand. Folding chairs are available. This class varies every month.
This class is open to all and no experience is necessary.
All are invited to stay for organic tea and healthy snacks.
