This weekend workshop is for those who want to train to be professional Reiki healers & practitioners, as well as those who want to simply deepen their healing practice and learn the ability to transmit the sacred gift of Reiki to their friends, family & pets.

HEALING MEDITATION CLASS with Dr. Dean Telano (3rd Friday of Every Month) - No Experience Required: Instruction is Provided
Taught by Dean Telano, ND, PHD, MS, ERYT, RCYT, RPYT
Dr. Telano is one of the few teachers trained to teach these different types of "energy-healing" meditation techniques. The techniques are based upon Dr. Telano's expertise in Meditation, Mantra (sound healing) & Mudras (healing hand positions); Tibetan & Hatha Yoga; Buddhism; and Qigong & Energy Healing.
During the "Mind-Of-Clear-Light" Meditation Class you will Learn:
- How to Meditate
- Healing Affirmations - 8 Healing Affirmations Begin "Mind-Of-Clear-Light" Meditation Class
- Breathing Techniques - To Relax the Body, Clear the Mind & Release Energy Blockages
- Mantras, Healing Sounds - To Still, Clear & Heal the Mind
- Mudras, Special Hand Positions - To Help Heal Specific Areas of the Body
- Energy-Healing Movements - To Heal the Body & Boost the Immune System
- Guided Visualization - To Relieve Stress, Anxiety & Improve Mental Wellness
- Silent Meditation - To Promote Peace & Calm
A part of the class entails gentle energy movements - sitting, lying or standing, so wear comfortable clothing. Movement modifications are offered, so please speak to the Assistant Senior Teachers on hand. Folding chairs and backjacks (floor chairs) are available.
This class varies every month.
This class is open to all and no experience is necessary.
All are invited to stay for organic tea and healthy snacks.
