Prerequisite: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of yoga experience, including Rahini Yoga related classes, workshops & meditation training.
Course Hour Breakdown
Rahini Yoga Institute observes the right to make changes.
The hours are divided into two categories (Yoga Alliance Standards):
- Category I = Contact Hours - Only those hours in the presence of an ERYT of the Rahini Yoga Institute.
- Category II = Non-Contact Hours - Home study hours, including homework assignments.

- The required hours are facilitated through various workshops, practices, teaching, and study assignments.
- Criteria for Certification: Completion of all required hours, reading and written assignments; and successful comprehension and mastery of the principles, practices, and methodologies of Rahini Yoga.
- All hours of specialized workshops by Rahini Yoga Guest Teachers count as Contact Hours.
- Students not eligible upon completion of the course are given opportunities to fulfill the requirements.
